Asset Types

We target renewable energy, energy efficiency, and water infrastructure and integrated utilities with long-term revenue contracts or operating franchises.

WRB Serra seeks infrastructure projects with long-term operating contracts. We target stand-alone projects we believe to be with credit-worthy offtakers, and integrated utilities with opportunities to make operational improvements that are signed to have significant environmental impact.
